Jamie and Claire

Last night after the annual Davis family cookout and visiting with friends who were in town, I went home. I felt yucky and honestly, fireworks hurt my eyes. So I curled up on my sofa and finished reading Diana Gabaldon's Dragonfly in Amber. I've read it before, I know what happens in other books-- they'll be together, but I cried anyway.
I finished the book and felt incredibly weary. I love her books, but I think I have separation issues when I've finished one.
